The HiLight Surgical leadership team began at the University of California, Davis. Confronted with the unmet need of tissue characterization in cancer treatment, we applied advanced biophotonics solutions to address this issue. To complement the team's scientific expertise, we retained known MedTech veterans to pivot towards commercialization.

We are now mission-driven to improve the quality of care and quality of life for those who must endure the misfortune of illness and are bolstered by the knowledge that our efforts will one day change healthcare delivery and outcomes for cancer patients.
